 We know that your site needs to be up, we realise most of our customers are not particularly technical, we will help, we will explain in plain English and we will keep costs to a minimum.
We have to put in place Support agreements, they enable us to prioritise and schedule work effectively, they are flexible and they mean you get much better value for money. If you choose not to buy a package we will endeavour to help but we cannot promise an immediate response, this suits some of our existing sites, but here are your options.
