Website Compliancy Regulations |
These new website compliancy regulations introduced in accordance with the European Directive 2003/58/EC and effective as of earlier this year require all Irish registered limited liability companies to display the following particulars on the company website - full legal name of the company - company number - registered office address - stating the company’s limited status if it is exempt from the obligation to include it in the company’s name - in a case where the company is being wound up then this must be stated - all references to share capital of the company must only be to share capital that is paid-up in full. In other words the website requires the same principle information, already required for disclosure on hard copy documentation. The new regulations also require that this information should be disclosed on certain company electronic communications. All limited liability companies are now required to review their existing websites and email communication protocol to ensure compliance.

efastnet arrives on the traintrain |
Traintrain new media has changed its name to efastnet. The company has gone through significant expansion over the last few months and is now focussing ever more strongly on bringing their unique blend of fast response, low-cost Web solutions to an ever wider audience. “I decided to relocate the company recently and to expand it in new directions. Particularly looking at developing a wider user-base in the SME market place, where fast, efficient web-services are becoming ever more vital, especially for very small companies who just haven’t got the resource and time to sort it out themselves. We can get their web-site up quickly, and at a very low outlay, and if they want to expand their site over time, we have all the tools to help them do that easily and without significant extra outlay.” Trevor Williams.
